The 43th Dhanush film was officially titled Maaran, directed by Karthick Naren from Fame Dhuruvangal Pathinaru. The film also features Malavika Mohanan, Smruthi Venkat, and Samuthirakani in the leading role. GV Prakash Kumar roamed for music. This is the first collaboration of Dhanush and Karthick Naren. The first display of the film was released on July 28, 2021 (Thursday). The film together was issued by Senthil Thyagarajan & Arun Thyagarajan under the banner of Sathya Jyothi Films. Audio streaming rights bagged by the T-Series and Lahari series. Vivekanand Santhosam handles the camera for films.
